Waltham family seeks public’s help locating missing 15-year-old Ava Berry
WALTHAM, MA — The family of Ava Berry, a 15-year-old Waltham girl who has been missing since Thursday, June 25, 2026, is asking the public and the media for help sharing information that may assist in locating her.
Ava was last seen at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the area of Rumford Avenue on the Waltham/Newton line. She is described as a 15-year-old white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt, navy blue shorts, and white shoes.
Anyone with information about Ava’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Waltham Police Department at 781-314-3600. Anyone who sees Ava or believes there is an immediate emergency should call 911.
Ava resides in Waltham with her family. Her parents are deeply concerned for her safety and are asking members of the public, neighbors, friends, local businesses, and the media to help circulate Ava’s information and photo.
The family also has ties to IBEW Local 103, where one of Ava’s parents is a member, and is asking the broader community to help spread the word and assist in bringing Ava home safely.
“Our only goal is to bring Ava home safely,” the family said. “We are asking anyone who knows anything, no matter how small it may seem, to please contact Waltham Police right away.”
