波市府人民服務長小阿若約面對調查帶薪離職

            (Boston Orange)波士頓市長辦公室週一(7月31日)證實，在做內部調查之際，波士頓市府人民服務長小阿若約(Felix G. Arroyo)將帶薪離職。

            波士頓市長在芬紐廳出席一項活動被問到此事時，並未提供諸如調查些什麼，何時開始放有薪假等細節。他邊走邊說”不予置評”。

            波士頓警察局一名發言人表示，警方並不知道有犯罪調查在進行中。

            現年38歲的小阿若約住在牙買加平原，在週日及週一時都未回覆媒體的短信，電話查詢。

            小阿若約是波士頓市長馬丁華殊(Martin Walsh)認命的第一位閣員。馬丁華殊在2014年1月宣誓就任後的那個週末，就宣佈聘他為健康及人民服務長。

            他也是馬丁華殊任內發生帶薪離職狀況的第一個閣員，第三個高官。之前還有波是旅遊長Kenneth Brissette，政府間事務長Timothy Sullivan。他們兩被控壓迫波士頓呼喚(Boston Calling)音樂節聘用工會工人，刻正面對聯邦敲詐罪指控。

            小阿若約的教父Jaime Rodriquez表示，這消息出來後，許多人打電話給他，想要知道到底發生甚麼事了。他打過電話，小阿若約沒回，小阿若約的父親什麼也不願意說。

            從小就認識小阿若約的波多黎各退伍軍人協會會長Antonio Molina表示，這情況很難，我心情很不好，我為他感到難過，也為波多黎各社區感到難過。

Yes, for a second consecutive year, our community has been offered a BOAT for us to cruise around Boston Harbor… for FREE! Once again, "Boston Harbor Now"along with Bay State Cruise Company, have generously offered our community the spacious Provincetown II for our community to enjoy for a free “Summer Fun Cruise” around Boston Harbor. Tickets for our cruise (... and you MUST HAVE A TICKET to board the cruise) will be released this coming Sunday, at 10am...  Last year, all 900 tickets were "sold out" in less than 10 hours, and we anticipate similar demand this year.
