    (Boston Orange編譯)麻州州長奚莉(Maura Healey)宣布成立退伍軍人就業機會委員會(Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission, VEOC),已有 32 家企業取得認證或簽署承諾,加入「退伍軍人認證企業」(Veteran Ready Businesses, VRB)計畫,全力協助退役軍人及其配偶順利銜接民間職場。

    全美每年約有 20 萬名軍人退伍重返社會,但研究顯示,許多人退役後難以找到能發揮軍中專長與經驗的工作。麻州依據州法設立這項新委員會,匯集政府、產業界、學術界及退伍軍人社群代表,專責清查就業門檻及軍人身分可能面臨的職場歧視,並每年 3 月起向退伍軍人服務部(Executive Office of Veterans Services, EOVS)提交年度報告與具體改革建議。

    委員會公布首波五名跨領域核心委員:
    退伍軍人服務部教育就業培訓處(VEET)處長、陸軍退役的拉羅斯(Tom LaRose)出任主席;
    麻州發展局(MassDevelopment)幕僚長兼行政長、前麻州陸軍國民兵阿布杜(David Abdoo);
    麻州參議員、陸軍退役的克羅寧(John J. Cronin);
    哈佛商學院(Harvard Business School)「未來工作模式」專案共同負責人傅勒(Joseph B. Fuller)教授;
    聯邦退伍軍人事務部(VA)波士頓就業協調員、海岸防衛隊退役的萊恩(Jooyi Ryan)。
    後續還將由勞工及勞動力發展廳(Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development)指派就業代表米爾斯(Christopher Mills)等臨時委員加入支援。

    「退伍軍人認證企業」是一項免收費,為期兩年的州級認證計畫,涵蓋營造、製造、醫療、資訊科技、顧問諮詢、物流供應鏈與交通運輸等重點產業。加入的企業可獲得專屬的徵才活動資訊與內部留才輔導資源,州政府也會直接向求職軍人推薦職缺,幫助企業找到具備領導力與抗壓性的優秀人才。

    為降低企業聘雇門檻,奚莉州長已簽署具指標意義的《退伍軍人英雄法案》(HERO Act),提高小型企業聘用退伍軍人(包括長期失業及因公傷殘者)的稅額抵免(Vet-Hire Tax Credit),並新設聘雇國民兵(National Guard)現役軍人的企業稅額抵免,同時免除退伍軍人申請學徒登記的換證費用。麻州還提撥了 1,500多 萬美元擴大登記學徒制度,並爭取到 150 萬美元聯邦經費投入新興產業人才培訓;州政府各部門也同步落實「以技能為導向」的招聘機制,破除學歷或非軍事資歷的既定限制,加速將軍隊經驗轉化為經濟競爭力。

Governor Healey Announces Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission, Highlights Growing Number of Veteran Ready Businesses in Massachusetts

New appointments and business partnerships aim to expand career opportunities for Massachusetts veterans and military families

BOSTON— The Healey-Driscoll Administration today announced the creation of the Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission (VEOC) and highlighted 32 Massachusetts businesses that have been certified or pledged to become Veteran Ready Businesses, a free, state certification aimed to educate businesses about the value of hiring veterans and their spouses.

Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll ceremoniously swore in commission members during the Edge4Vets fall workshop at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She was joined by Veterans Services Secretary Eric Goralnick, Executive Office of Economic Development Undersecretary Pat Field, Labor and Workforce Development Assistant Secretary for Employer Engagement Ken Brown, Massachusetts employers, veterans and community leaders.

 "Massachusetts veterans bring tremendous skills, experience and leadership to our workforce and we want to make sure they have every opportunity to put those talents to work and build successful careers after their service," said Governor Maura Healey. "From day one, we've been committed to making Massachusetts the best state in the nation for veterans and military families. That means supporting them at every stage of their lives, including making it easier to find good jobs. By bringing more employers to the table, expanding tax credits and strengthening pathways to employment, we're helping veterans and their families build their futures right here in Massachusetts."

"We want every veteran transitioning to civilian life to have a clear path to a good job and a meaningful career,” said Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll. “This commission will help us identify barriers and create more opportunities, while our Veteran Ready Business Program is helping employers recognize the incredible talent veterans bring to the workplace. That's good for our veterans, our businesses and our economy."

“With their experience and professionalism, our veterans are tremendous assets just waiting to be tapped by local businesses,” said Senate President Karen E. Spilka. “After serving our country, every military veteran in Massachusetts deserves the dignity and opportunity of a quality career. I’m pleased to see the Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission getting to work to make a meaningful difference for our service members and for the state’s economy, and I’m proud to have nominated my colleague, Senator John Cronin, a principled and hardworking Marine Corps veteran. Thank you to the Healey-Driscoll Administration and Secretary Goralnick for getting the ball rolling.”

"Veterans know how to lead, solve problems under pressure, and deliver for the people around them. Those skills don’t expire when the uniform comes off," said Veterans Services Secretary Eric Goralnick. "The Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission brings business, academia, government, and our veteran community to the same table with one mission: connect veterans and their families to meaningful careers here in Massachusetts. When veterans thrive, our workforce and our Commonwealth become stronger."

"Veterans bring valuable experience that can greatly benefit Massachusetts businesses working hard to compete. We want more employers to recognize that talent and more veterans to find careers that make full use of their skills," said Economic Development Secretary Eric Paley. "This commission will help us identify barriers and strengthen connections between veterans and employers across the Commonwealth."

"We are working across our administration and with workforce partners to ensure Massachusetts veterans have access to meaningful careers in all regions of our Commonwealth," said Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development Lauren Jones. "Through the Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission and partnerships with Veteran Ready Businesses, we honor our servicemen and women by connecting veterans to employers looking for skilled talent—an essential strategy to unlock the potential of our veterans, drive an inclusive workforce, and strengthen the state’s economic competitiveness."

The Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission brings together leaders from government, business, education and the veteran community to identify barriers to employment and strengthen career opportunities for veterans across Massachusetts. Established under state law, the commission will examine workforce challenges, including potential employment discrimination based on veteran status, and make recommendations to the Secretary of Veterans Services in an annual report each March.

Approximately 200,000 veterans transition out of the military nationwide each year, and research shows that many face challenges finding employment that matches their skills and experience. The commission will help Massachusetts better connect veterans with employers, training and opportunities to build successful civilian careers.

Governor Healey has taken steps to make it easier and more affordable for employers to hire veterans. Through the historic HERO Act,  Governor Healey expanded the Vet-Hire Tax Credit for small businesses that hire veterans, including unemployed and service-connected disabled veterans. Governor Healey also launched a new tax credit for Massachusetts businesses that hire active members of the National Guard and eliminated apprenticeship registration renewal fees for veterans.

The five commission members announced today are:

• Tom LaRose, Director of the Veteran Education, Employment and Training (VEET) Office at EOVS and U.S. Army veteran, who is appointed by Secretary of Veterans Services Eric Goralnick and will serve as Commission Chair;

• David Abdoo, Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer at MassDevelopment and prior service member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard, who is appointed by Secretary of Economic Development Eric Paley;

• State Senator John J. Cronin, State Senator for the Worcester and Middlesex District and a U.S. Army veteran, who is appointed by Senate President Karen E. Spilka;

• Joseph B. Fuller, Professor of Management Practice in General Management and Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and co-lead of HBS’ Managing the Future of Work initiative, who is appointed by Speaker of the House Ronald J. Mariano; and

• Jooyi Ryan, Employment Coordinator with the VA Boston Veteran Readiness and Employment Program and U.S. Coast Guard/U.S. Coast Guard Reserve veteran, who is appointed by Governor Maura Healey.

The commission will also receive support from ad hoc members, including Christopher Mills, a Local Veterans Employment Representative at MassHire and Massachusetts Army National Guard veteran, appointed by Labor and Workforce Development Secretary Lauren Jones. Additional ad hoc members will be named at a later date.

“Our economy is made stronger when Veterans’ service, skills, and experience are recognized and valued by employers across the Commonwealth,” said David Abdoo, MassDevelopment Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer. “As a former member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve on the Veterans Employment Opportunities Commission supporting pathways to success for those who have served. This work is complemented by the Veteran Ready Business Program, aimed at helping Veterans and their spouses build rewarding careers while connecting Massachusetts employers with the talent they need to succeed.”

“I am grateful to Senate President Spilka for the opportunity to give back to a community I hold close to my heart,” said State Senator John J. Cronin. “As a veteran, I know how important it is to ensure that those leaving military service have opportunities to build meaningful careers. I am honored to work alongside fellow veterans and experts in the field to support that transition and expand economic opportunity for those who have served.”

“I am honored to join the commission under Secretary Goralnick’s leadership,” said Harvard Business School Professor Joseph B. Fuller. “Veterans represent one of the best pools of talent available in the Commonwealth, but too often face barriers that inhibit their career prospects. Creating new opportunities for them will be a win-win for vets and employers alike.”

“Through the establishment of the VEOC and by way of the continued support for the VRB program, we aim to bolster career opportunities for veterans and their families here in the Commonwealth,” said Tom LaRose, Director of the Veteran Education, Employment and Training (VEET) Office. “The more organizations we can bring into the network, the better equipped we’ll be to highlight all the wonderful strengths and characteristics that veterans and their families bring to the table. We all hang up the uniform at some point, and we want to ensure all our veterans find that second meaningful career when they make the transition.”

“I’m honored to serve with a group dedicated to advancing and supporting veteran employment. Veterans bring invaluable skills, leadership, and determination and are an incredible resource in our society,” said Jooyi Ryan, Employment Coordinator with the VA Boston Veteran Readiness and Employment Program. “I embrace any opportunity to support efforts that connect veterans with rewarding and fulfilling careers in Massachusetts. With the outstanding resources available in our state, we can help our veterans build successful careers.”

The administration also highlighted continued growth in the Massachusetts Veteran Ready Business Program, which helps employers recruit, hire and retain veterans and military spouses.

To date, 32 Massachusetts companies are certified or have pledged to become VRBs, including leaders in the fields of construction, manufacturing, healthcare, IT, consulting, logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.

Through the program, businesses make a two-year commitment to supporting veteran employment at no cost. Participating employers receive information about veteran hiring events, resources to support veteran employees and opportunities to connect with veterans seeking employment. EOVS also shares job opportunities from participating businesses with veterans.

“Veterans bring proven leadership, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under pressure,” said Liseth Velez, Founder and CEO of LJV Development, a Veteran Ready Business. “When employers open real opportunities to them, the returns compound: stronger teams, stronger companies, and a stronger Commonwealth workforce.”

"We applaud the state's efforts to expand employment opportunities for veterans," said UMass Boston Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management John Drew. "Our mission is to provide veterans with access to high-quality educational opportunities, and it is encouraging to see growing demand for the talents and skills they bring to the workforce. As veterans gain new skills and credentials through higher education, increased career opportunities help them put that education into practice. Together, these developments create a stronger pathway to success for veterans and a stronger workforce for the Commonwealth."

Governor Healey has made expanding workforce opportunities for veterans and military families a priority. Since taking office, the administration has awarded more than $15 million to expand registered apprenticeships across Massachusetts and secured an additional $1.5 million in federal funding to support workforce training in emerging industries. In July, the administration made apprenticeship more affordable for veterans by eliminating all renewal registration fees. Through MassHire, veterans receive priority access to employment and training services, including career counseling, job placement assistance and connections with employers, as well as support accessing GI Bill benefits for qualifying apprenticeships. The administration has also launched the Veterans Equity Dashboard to identify barriers to employment and implemented skills-based hiring practices across state government to better recognize military experience and qualifications. Together, these efforts are helping veterans translate their military service into meaningful careers while connecting Massachusetts businesses with the skilled workers they need.

(Quality of Life/Community Development Award),以及美國公路工程師協會(ASHE)新英格蘭年度工程獎(New England Project of the Year Award)。

Highlights
• Nonprofits erase $38 million in medical debt for 70,000 Massachusetts residents this week.
• Program has eliminated over $293 million in local healthcare debt since 2024.
• Debt cancellation targets residents earning under four times the federal poverty line.
• Eligible patients receive notification letters this week with no application required.

MAYOR MICHELLE WU ANNOUNCES ZONING REFORMS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO OPEN AND RUN A RESTAURANT IN BOSTON

Proposed changes will cut permitting delays, simplify ownership transfers, and help restaurants open faster

BOSTON - October 27, 2026 - Mayor Michelle Wu today announced a series of reforms to make it easier and faster to open and operate a restaurant in Boston. The City is proposing zoning changes to eliminate unnecessary reviews, streamline the process for transferring restaurant ownership, and provide clearer guidance for business owners navigating City permits and licenses. Together, these reforms will help reduce costs, support entrepreneurs, and allow more businesses to open across neighborhoods.

“Boston is cutting through red tape so entrepreneurs can open their doors sooner, saving time and money, and building sustainable businesses,” said Mayor Michelle Wu. “By simplifying the permitting process, eliminating duplicate steps, and making information clear and accessible, we are helping more entrepreneurs choose Boston as their homebase, create jobs and support our neighborhoods. We thank all our City teams who have listened to feedback from business owners across the City and worked to make these changes happen.”

The City is proposing multiple updates to the zoning code over the next several months. The first proposed change would update the City’s definition of a restaurant in order to better reflect how businesses operate today and remove unnecessary barriers to transferring ownership. Under current rules, takeout service is treated as a separate use, which can trigger additional  zoning review even when a new owner takes over an existing restaurant or coffee shop without changing its operations. According to restaurant owners, these reviews can delay openings for months, leaving owners paying rent while their businesses remain closed. This update will be first considered by the BPDA Board and then petitioned for review by the Zoning Commission.

The proposed change would eliminate the need for additional zoning review triggered solely by takeout service, while maintaining Licensing Board oversight. The change is expected to reduce the time it takes new owners purchasing an existing restaurant to open from four months to less than two weeks, saving them tens of thousands of dollars before opening to the public. It would particularly benefit businesses like coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream shops whose sole business is based on takeout.

“These are common sense reforms that will support our small businesses and inject life into our local economy,” said Chief of Planning Kairos Shen. “I look forward to working with our staff to advance these updates to our zoning code which will add to the vitality of our commercial districts, and continue some of the great rezoning work we’ve already completed around the city.”

In the coming months, the Planning Department will also begin a broader effort to modernize restaurant zoning in commercial and mixed-used districts citywide. Building on recent zoning changes in Mattapan Square, Roslindale Square, Downtown and East Boston over the last five years, the City will launch a process to modernize zoning, working to allow restaurants in more areas where they are already a common part of neighborhood commercial life. These changes would help from corner coffee shops to vibrant sit down eateries to open more quickly in these districts and support a more diverse small business community. The Licensing Board will continue to oversee restaurant licensing and operations in these areas.

“Streamlining licensing transactions helps entrepreneurs get their businesses up and running faster,” said Chair of the Boston Licensing Board Kathleen Joyce. “The City is committed to making the process more efficient and helping businesses to begin operating in a timely manner while maintaining appropriate oversight."

“Anytime a municipality can make it easier for restaurants to open and operate is a good thing, and this move in Boston is a welcome change,” said Steve Clark, President and CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association. “This common sense change from the City will streamline the regulatory process and allow restaurant owners to focus more time on their business and serving their guests.”

“Opening Marabou Cafe in Mattapan has been a dream made possible by hard work and a community that believed in us,” said Paulette Innocent, co-owner of Marabou Cafe. “Mayor Wu and the City have shown up for us, listened to our ideas and helped us launch our business. These changes will make it easier for more entrepreneurs to open their doors and bring their dreams to life.”

The City is also updating its “How to Open a Restaurant” guide and “Start or Grow a Business” page webpage with clearer, step-by-step instructions for opening a restaurant or purchasing an existing one. The updated guidance will explain a new simplified process for obtaining a Common Victualler (CV) license, and Food Service Permit and Entertainment license when a restaurant is changing ownership only. Business owners will be able to navigate the permitting process all in one place, helping them to submit complete applications and avoid delays.

These changes build on various reforms the City has made over the past five years to reduce costs, simplify permitting and help small businesses open and grow, including:

• Adopting digital Certificates of Occupancy: Replaced the in-person Certificate of Occupancy application process with a digital system that can automatically initiate applications after final inspections, eliminating a trip for City offices. To date, 67 applications have been initiated through this digital process.
• Simplifying the Outdoor Dining Permit program: Allowed eligible restaurants with outdoor patios on their property to transition from annual temporary permits to permanent Use of Premises permits, eliminating the need to reapply with the Inspectional Service Department (ISD) each year. This allows eligible businesses to continue operating seasonal outdoor patios on private property while providing greater predictability and reducing administrative burden. So far, 69 businesses have made the switch, allowing these businesses to maintain their patio operations in perpetuity without having to pay the permit fee again. This year, the City announced an extension to the 2026 Outdoor Dining and Food Truck Season through November 15th, 2026.
• Removing Certificate of Inspection annual renewals: Removed the annual Certificate of Inspection (CI) and reoccurring inspection requirement for certain establishments with a capacity of less than 50 and no alcohol service. More than 1,000 small businesses have benefited, saving time and tens of thousands of dollars in combined fees.
• Speeding up sign permitting: Completed Boston’s first comprehensive update to sign zoning in more than 50 years, reducing permitting timelines from approximately. The changes lay out approved parameters for signage permitted by ISD, cutting sign permitting timelines from 150 days to 30 days or less.
• Expanding access to liquor licenses: In September 2024, the Governor signed into law legislation that was advanced by Mayor Wu, the Boston state delegation and the City Council, creating 225 new liquor licenses over three years, the greatest expansion of licenses since Prohibition to advance opportunities for restaurants across Boston neighborhoods.

This work is part of a broader interdepartmental initiative to transform the City’s permitting process involving more than 30 team members from the Mayor’s Office, the Department of Innovation and Technology, Planning, and Law. More than 200 stakeholders across the City have participated in the initiative, which seeks to ensure a predictable, transparent, and efficient experience from residents’ and business owners' first interaction with the City

MAYOR MICHELLE WU ANNOUNCES RECORD YEAR FOR STREET LIGHTING UPGRADES CITYWIDE

City crews nearly triple last year’s upgrade total at one-third the cost of outside contractors, helping to improve street visibility and public safety across neighborhoods

BOSTON – Monday, October 26, 2026 – Mayor Michelle Wu today joined residents, City officials and Public Works staff to celebrate the completion of 7,202 street lighting upgrades across Boston so far this year—nearly triple the 2,483 upgrades completed in all of 2025 and the highest annual total recorded since 2016.

The City’s Street Lighting Division completed the upgrades at approximately one-third the cost of outside contractors, accelerating improvements to major transportation corridors, business districts, and residential streets across the City.

“Quality of life in our neighborhoods depends on the quality of lighting on our streets. Street by street, Boston is upgrading more light fixtures throughout every neighborhood on a faster replacement schedule and with lower costs,” said Mayor Michelle Wu. “Through our State of Good Repair Program and the dedicated work of our Street Lighting team, we will continue to work with residents to make Boston a beautifully illuminated city, with vibrant spaces that invite residents and visitors to gather and enjoy our outdoor spaces together, day and night.”

Boston’s street lighting network includes approximately 68,000 electric streetlights and 2,800 gas lights. In recent years, the City has accelerated its replacement schedule from 15 years to 10 years, helping to ensure more reliable lighting and better visibility for people walking, biking, driving, and traveling throughout Boston. The upgrades also support the City’s transition to smart LED lighting technology, which allow individual lights to be adjusted for brightness and timing while also minimizing light pollution. Street lighting upgrades have been completed in every Boston neighborhood.

“I’m incredibly proud of our team’s hard work and dedication to the residents of Boston,” said Mike Donaghy, Superintendent of the Street Lighting Division. “Their commitment to maintaining and upgrading the city’s street lighting infrastructure has been instrumental in achieving this milestone and delivering improvements to neighborhoods across the city.”

Beyond infrastructure upgrades, the Street Lighting Division delivers essential city services year-round, responding to residents’ concerns and addressing urgent maintenance needs. The Division responds to more than 8,000 service requests annually submitted through Boston 311, resolving a range of street lighting issues reported by residents. Each winter, Street Lighting staff string and light more than 50 holiday trees throughout Boston, contributing to the city’s seasonal celebrations. The Division also provides 24/7 emergency response to reports of knocked-down street lighting poles, prioritizing public safety and ensuring urgent hazards are addressed promptly.

Reliable street lighting plays an essential role in public safety, helping create safer, more accessible streets for everyone. These critical street lighting upgrades support the City’s ongoing work to keep residents and families safe and prevent violence across Boston neighborhoods. With targeted lighting upgrades in key corridors and locations, the City has worked closely with residents to improve visibility, which also helps prevent nighttime crashes and incidents of violence.

“Continued strategic investments in our built environment, specifically street lighting, are good for our neighborhoods, keep our residents safe and help prevent violence,” said Isaac Yablo, Director of the Boston Public Health Commission Office of Violence Prevention and Senior Advisor for Community Safety. “I’m thankful to the Street Lighting Division and the entire Streets Cabinet for their critical work in advancing these upgrades across our city.

The Street Lighting Division is also investing in Boston’s future workforce through its ongoing partnership with the Madison Park Technical High School Electrical Program. This partnership creates career pathways for students and recent graduates interested in the electrical trade, providing hands-on experience and exposure to municipal operations. To date, nine graduates of the Madison Park Electrical Program have gone on to become full-time employees with the Street Lighting Division, demonstrating the partnership’s role in connecting classroom learning to meaningful career opportunities. By helping students build on their technical training and pursue employment with the City of Boston, the program strengthens the pipeline of local talent needed to maintain and modernize the city’s street lighting network.

“Our partnership with the City of Boston’s Street Lighting Division has been a great success, creating valuable opportunities for our students to apply their technical training and build careers in the electrical trade,” said Livingston Williams of Madison Park Technical Vocational High School. “Seeing nine of our graduates go on to become full-time employees with the City is a testament to the value of this partnership and the opportunities it creates for our students. We’re proud to work with the City to help prepare the next generation of skilled electrical professionals.

Throughout the week, the City will host events and workshops to connect businesses with resources and contracting opportunities while fostering a more inclusive business community.

“Healthy, resilient neighborhoods depend on all residents having access to good-paying jobs and opportunities to build and expand their business,” said Mayor Michelle Wu. “We will continue to honor the spirit of Supplier Diversity Week all year round by increasing small businesses participation in City contracting and connecting businesses historically excluded with the opportunities and support they need to complete, grow and thrive.”

From Fiscal Year 2023 to Fiscal Year 2026, the City spent $504 million in discretionary funds with certified minority- and women-owned business enterprise (M/WBEs), a 115 percent increase over the $234 million spent during Fiscal Years 2019 to Fiscal Year 2022. “Communities thrive when the City is intentional in how we use our purchasing power,” said Emily Knight, City of Boston Chief of Economic Development. “As I step into this new role, I am committed to furthering the Wu Administration’s strong work in Supplier Diversity. Our city benefits from the greater participation of minority-owned and women-owned firms. Let’s keep the momentum going.”

“We collaborate with many City Departments, demonstrating that this work requires everyone's commitment,” said Andrea Swain, Director of Supplier Diversity for the City of Boston. “Our main objective is to share opportunities for vendors and help them learn the intricacies of City contracting. Our annual report provides transparency on the City's progress in helping diverse suppliers navigate barriers to deliver quality services to the City.”

“As a Finance Cabinet, we remain committed to lowering the barriers in City contracting for Boston's small and diverse businesses,” said Ashley Groffenberger, Chief Financial Officer. “I am excited to work with Chief Knight, and the Supplier Diversity, Procurement, and Auditing to continue streamlining our procurement processes, enhancing our reporting, and meeting vendors where they are.”

"A diverse supplier base is essential to promoting healthy competition and building a resilient, inclusive economy," said Casey Brock-Wilson, Purchasing Agent. “The Procurement Department is committed to reducing barriers to participation and ensuring City contracting processes are clear and accessible.

Highlights:

• Fractyl and EyePoint cut 150 workers to streamline operations in October 2026.
• Massachusetts biotech employment fell by 3600 jobs in 2025 despite investment rebound.
• Fractyl will seek FDA market authorization for Revita by late 2026.
• EyePoint terminates late-stage study and schedules trial data release for late 2027.
