首波獲資助項目包含撥款15萬美元支持在法爾茅斯（Falmouth）興建有46戶可負擔住宅的Locustfield Woods、撥款7萬7,140美元，支持在瑪莎葡萄園島（Martha's Vineyard）的奧克布拉夫斯（Oak Bluffs）建造有12戶支持性退伍軍人住宅的Bellevue 退伍軍人社區，撥款6萬9,782美元支持在威爾弗利特（Wellfleet）把舊露營地改建為250戶勞工住宅的可行性分析，以及撥款6萬5,173美元協助在鱈魚角特魯羅鎮（Truro）沃爾什地產 (Walsh Property) 規劃污水處理設施，為未來建造160個住宅單位打基礎。
麻州政府期盼透過彈性資金支援，協助在地店家留住人力，維持觀光城鎮的長期經濟活力。
