Governor Karyn Polito joined Housing and Economic Development Secretary Mike Kennealy, Education Secretary James Peyser and local officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute’s (GMGI) new Gloucester Biotechnology Academy, which was supported by a Workforce Skills Capital Grant awarded by the Administration last year.
