WGBH-TV/Radio's 7th annual AAPI Heritage Month Celebration 5/20

WGBH-TV/Radio's 7th annual Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month Celebration on Wednesday, May 20th, from 6-9pm at WGBH's studios (One Guest Street) in Brighton.
I'm excited to help organize this event again with my fellow WGBH Overseers, Helen Chin Schlichte and Susan Luo, along with Liz Cheng, WGBH's General Manager of Television and the WORLD Channel, and WGBH's fantastic staff.
WGBH’s commitment to our diverse AAPI community is significant during AAPI Heritage Month and throughout the year. For AAPI Heritage Month this year, WGBH will air 39 films and programs on WGBH 2, WGBX 44 and the WGBH WORLD Channel.
We're thrilled to present excerpts from three of these unique films: "9-Man", "Winning Girl", and "Cambodian Son" at this year's Celebration on May 20th.  In addition, we will also be focusing on AAPIs who have successfully broken through the proverbial "Bamboo Ceiling, and have put together an impressive panel featuring AAPIs who have become top leaders in their respective industries and the community.
This promises to be an entertaining and informative night, and we hope you can join us
Thanks, and hope to see you on May 20th @ WGBH!
