PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS OF MASSACHUSETTS ENDORSES DAN KOH
“Our members know that when issues arise, Dan delivers results,”
says MacKinnon, Jr.
Andover, MA – Today, the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts (PFFM) announced their endorsement of Dan Koh in the Massachusetts’ 6th Congressional District primary. Founded in 1945, PFFM represents more than 13,000 firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics across the Commonwealth.
"Firefighters know the difference between elected officials who show up only at election time and those who put in the work every day. Dan Koh has always been the latter. Our members know that when issues arise, Dan delivers results,” said Rich MacKinnon, Jr., President of the PFFM.
Koh emphasized his gratitude for the endorsement, recognizing the role unions will play in his fight to bring down prices and fight for families in the Sixth District.
"I am honored to have the endorsement of PFFM," Koh commented. "Firefighters and first responders are heroes who risk their lives every day to keep our communities safe. They deserve a leader who will advocate for their union rights and their families. I’m excited to work alongside PFFM and create brighter futures for Massachusetts residents, especially here in the Sixth District."
Koh’s campaign has gained critical momentum thanks to the support of over twenty local community leaders, over thirteen union locals, and Vice President Kamala Harris, while raising a record-breaking $2M+ in its first fundraising quarter, a record for an MA House campaign.
