National Organization Led By Activist David Hogg Backs Roath's Challenge to 24-Year Incumbent

BOSTON, MA – Today, Leaders We Deserve, the national progressive organization co-founded by gun safety advocate David Hogg, endorsed Patrick Roath in his campaign for Congress in Massachusetts' 8th Congressional District.

"Leaders We Deserve is hard at work building and supporting the next generation of Democratic leaders — I'm proud to have their support and to be part of that effort," said candidate Patrick Roath. “After almost a quarter century of Congressman Lynch, voters in MA-08 are ready for change. They want bold leadership on the issues that matter most: housing costs, childcare affordability, and protecting our democracy. That's what I’m about, and we are building a campaign prepared to deliver that."
