昆市市長亞裔顧問委員會六月報告

MAAAC Update – June 2015  (MAAAC for Mayor's Asian American Advisory Committee)
There's been a lot of happenings since the last update. 

1. New and upcoming private & public sector developments in Quincy
Quincy Chamber of Commerce (QCC) held a very successful breakfast gathering at Boston Marriott Quincy on 6/12/2015. 
The event titled "Quincy: Our time is now" featured Lt. Governor Karyn Polito & Mayor Thomas Koch as speakers.  
25 development projects in the City of Quincy were highlighted during the event.  
QCC also published a booklet with an extensive and comprehensive overview of all the projects.

6. The "Quincy Monthly Luncheon" 
The “Quincy Monthly Luncheon” is a self-pay luncheon which was started in Quincy by a group of Asian community workers in the early 1990s. "New comers" are welcome to join this informal social gathering.
