大波士頓商會宣佈執行董事會新添李熙嬡等5人

(Boston Orange 編譯) 大波士頓商會 (GBCC) 5月7日宣佈，該會執行委員會4月11日投票，無異議通過，增邀M&T銀行區域總裁李熙嬡 (Grace Lee) 等5名董事加入執行委員會。

大波士頓商會成立已逾百年，麻州內的知名企業幾乎全是會員。根據官網，該會有6種會員層級，最基本的會員種類為貢獻者 (Contributor) ，對象為營業額小於100萬美元者，年費1000元。最高層級是董事長圈會員，對象為營業額超過10億元的企業，年費3萬美元。

該會現任董事會主席為道富集團 (State Street)執行長Ronald P. O’Hanley，會長兼執行長為James E. Rooney。董事會共90人，並由其中40人組成執行董事會。

新加入該會執行董事會的5人為:

• 約翰‧卡彭 (John Capone)，畢馬威會計師事務所辦公室管理合夥人

• Ed Fleischmann，Edenred 執行長兼董事總經理

• 李熙嬡(Grace Lee)，M&T 銀行區域總裁

• Susan Loconto Penta，MIDIOR 聯合創辦人兼執行合夥人

• Lisa Wieland，國家電網總裁

              在這90名董事中，從姓名看，至少有2名亞裔，一人為今年新增的麻州大學羅爾分校校長陳理珠 (Julie Chan)，另一位則是甫獲推選，加入執行董事會的李熙嬡。

Chamber Announces 5 New Directors Elected to the Executive Committee

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the addition of 5 Directors to the Chamber’s Executive Committee. On Thursday, April 11th, the Chamber's Executive Committee voted unanimously to elect the following Directors to the Executive Committee:

· John Capone, Office Managing Partner, KPMG 

· Ed Fleischmann, CEO & Managing Director, Edenred 

· Grace Lee, Regional President, M&T Bank 

· Susan Loconto Penta, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, MIDIOR 

· Lisa Wieland, President, National Grid
