 Dahlia Bousaid Cox Named CEO of Tech Goes Home

Boston, September 23 – Today, Tech Goes Home, a leading Massachusetts-based nonprofit committed to closing the digital divide, announced that Dahlia Bousaid Cox has been appointed CEO by the Tech Goes Home Board of Directors, effective immediately. 

Bousaid Cox originally joined Tech Goes Home in the summer of 2022 as Senior Director of Development. Subsequently, she was named Chief Advancement Officer and then Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Following the departure of long-time CEO Daniel Noyes in early 2025, Bousaid Cox was appointed by the Board of Directors as interim CEO.

And she has done this while remaining focused on our fundamental purpose: closing the digital divide for individuals and families in Massachusetts and beyond,” said Joe Hedal, Chair of the Tech Goes Home Board of Directors. “As interim CEO for the past 6+ months, she has provided steady, strategic leadership with a goal to position Tech Goes Home to expand and strengthen our work heading into 2026. As Tech Goes Home marks our 25th anniversary, we are confident in Dahlia’s ability to lead Tech Goes Home into its next chapter, and excited to continue the vital work of expanding digital access.”
