Enjoy Omakase at Fuji at WoC's Private Chefs Kitchen this December   

 

Boston, MA - November 21, 2016 – Fuji at Ink Block, at 352b Harrison Avenue in the South End is JP Fuji Group’s latest Japanese restaurant. The group’s next restaurant Fuji at West of Chestnut will be located in Quincy Center at 1420 Hancock Street and is slated to open December 2016.

 

Jimmy Liang, CEO of JP Fuji Group has been working in the sushi bar at Fuji at Ink Block and says, “The hottest item at Fuji at Ink Block is the lobster sashimi, but it’s only available with Omakase.” Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you.’ During Omakase guests are served 4, 6, or 8 courses of the chef’s choice while seated at the sushi bar. The courses are ‘off the menu’ and range from sashimi to wok tossed dishes.  

 

Fuji at West of Chestnut will also serve Omakase, but in their Private Chefs Kitchen. The Private Chefs Kitchen consists of a private kitchen and dining room. The dining room seats 12 guests and allows them to watch as chefs prepare their Omakase.  “The Private Chefs Kitchen is reservation only and its availability will be communicated via an email list,” Liang says. Liang promises, “When you’re at a JP Fuji Group restaurant you will never leave an Omakase hungry.” Omakase at Fuji at Ink Block ranges from $150 to $200 per person and reservations are recommended. Guests of the Private Chefs Kitchen at Fuji at West of Chestnut can expect to pay about $250 per person for Omakase.
