麻州亞美局醫療護理論壇 11/1

Here forwards details of an upcoming Health Care Forum the Asian American Commission will hold, in co-sponsorship with Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute, on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2014, that will focus on behavioral health issues and disparities affecting our AAPI (Asian American & Pacific Islander) communities in MA.

Details are in the below email message, and draft program agenda is below.

Please consider attending this event, and register online NO LATER than THIS EVENING, OCTOBER 30, 2014 (11:59pm).

This is a FREE event, with lunch and parking (if needed) provided.

Feel free to forward this event information to any and all in your networks.

Registration is brisk and attendance is very good, but we have capacity and space for more attendees and we want to make this event known and available to as many interested parties as possible!

We would love attendees from colleges, universities, graduate schools, as well as "first generation" AAPI immigrants from our local communities, and ANYONE who is interested in AAPI behavioral health issues (clients, patients, consumers, etc.).

If you can only stay for part of the time, you can also register.

The Asian American Commission hopes you can join us for this unique opportunity to learn about behavioral health issues and disparities that affect our AAPI community in MA.

Looking forward to ongoing dialogue and advocacy to support health and wellness in our AAPI communities.

P.S. If you run into ANY technical glitches in trying to register by this evening, please email the Commission's Executive Director, Jason Chou, directly, BEFORE tomorrow morning 8am, at:
